腕踝针技术治疗儿童不随意运动型脑瘫上肢功能障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究腕踝针技术治疗小儿不随意运动型脑瘫的效果。方法收集脑性瘫痪患儿60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,两组均予常规中西医结合综合康复治疗,对照组加用传统针刺治疗,试验组加用腕踝针治疗。比较分析两组的治疗前后精细运动能力[精细运动能力测试量表(FMFM)]、抓握和视觉-运动整合能力[Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS)]。结果治疗后,两组患者的FMFM评分、PDMS评分均较治疗前取得显著改善,且试验组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针技术联合中西医结合综合康复在儿童不随意运动型脑瘫的上肢功能障碍方面有显著疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on children with involuntary movement cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were treated with conventional traditional Chinese and Western integrative rehabilitation therapy,the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture.The fine motor ability(Fine Motor Function Measure(FMFM)),grasping ability and visual-motor integration ability(Peabody Motor Development Scale(PDMS))of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,FMFM scores and PDMS scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation method of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has significant curative effect in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction in children with involuntary movement cerebral palsy,and has clinical application value.
