摘　　要：目的探究针刺联合灵活调节治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月符合入选标准的周围性面瘫患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。两组患者根据病情需要选用西药常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上给予针刺联合五位一体综合治疗。4个疗程后,观察两组患者治疗前后面神经功能分级情况及临床总有效率。结果观察组的临床总有效率为93.8%(30/32),高于对照组的78.1%(25/32)(P<0.05)。观察组H-B面神经功能分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合灵活调节治疗周围性面瘫,可有效改善面神经功能,提高临床效果。Objective To analyze the curative effect of acupuncture combined with flexible adjustment in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,64 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group of 32 cases and the control group of 32 cases.Patients in the two groups were treated with Western medicine according to their condition needs.The control group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of conventional treatment with Western medicine.In the observation group,acupuncture and other five-in-one integrated flexible and targeted treatment were used on the basis of conventional treatment with western medicine.After 4 courses of treatment,the facial nerve function and clinical effective rate were observed before and after treatment in the 2 groups,and the curative effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%(30/32),which was higher than that of the control group 78.1%(25/32)(P<0.05).H-B facial nerve function classification in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with flexible adjustment in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can effectively improve facial muscle function and improve clinical efficacy.
