藿香正气散配合脐疗治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析加味藿香正气散配合脐疗治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将莲花县人民医院于2019年1月—2021年12月收治的80例大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者分为参照组与观察组,各40例。参照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在参照组基础上行加味藿香正气散配合脐疗,对比两组炎性因子水平、中医证候积分、临床疗效、不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,观察组腹痛、腹泻、脓血便、里急后重的中医证候积分均较参照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平较参照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组头晕、皮疹、肝功能异常等不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),高于参照组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05)。结论给予大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者加味藿香正气散配合脐疗,不仅有助于缓解临床症状,还能够改善机体炎症反应,效果显著且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Huoxiang Zhengqi powder combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of large intestine dampness-heat type.Methods A total of 80 patients with ulcerative colitis of large intestine dampness-heat type admitted to Lianhua County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi powder combined with umbilical therapy on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,TCM syndrome score,total effective rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,and blood stools and posterior tenesmus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of dizziness,rash and abnormal liver function between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than that of control group(75.00%,30/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxiang Zhengqi powder combined with umbilical therapy for patients with ulcerative colitis of large intestine dampness-heat type is not only helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms,but also can improve the inflammatory response of the body.The effect is significant,safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical application.
