中医治疗小儿肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月—2020年11月龙口市中医医院收治的60例小儿肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。参照组给予西药治疗,研究组给予中医综合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于参照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及肺部阴影消失时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合治疗相较于西药治疗更有效,可显著提高小儿肺炎的临床效果,有效缩短咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及肺部阴影消失时间,患儿预后良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods Sixty children with pneumonia admitted to Longkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the research group was treated with comprehensive Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group(96.67%,29/30)was higher than that of the reference group(73.33%,22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,lung rales and lung shadow in the research group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the effective application of Western medicine,the comprehensive method of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the treatment effect of pediatric pneumonia patients,effectively shorten the disappearance time of cough,fever,lung rale and lung shadow,and promote the good prognosis of pediatric pneumonia patients.
