中医非药物疗法对门诊人流术后的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医非药物疗法对门诊人流术后的干预效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2022年2月南城县中医院门诊人流术后患者60例,依据治疗方法分为中医非药物治疗组、西医药物治疗组,各30例。结果中医非药物治疗组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、中医证候积分、月经失血图(PBAC)评分均低于西医药物治疗组,子宫内膜厚度高于西医药物治疗组,血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平均低于西医药物治疗组,血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平、世界卫生组织简易生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分均高于西医药物治疗组,腹痛持续时间、阴道持续流血时间均少于西医药物治疗组,月经复潮时间均短于西医药物治疗组,术后并发症发生率低于西医药物治疗组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医非药物治疗疗法对门诊人流术后的干预效果较西医药物治疗好。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine after outpatient abortion.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 60 patients after induced abortion in Nancheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into treatment group of non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine drug treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.Results The VAS scores,irregular menstruation,chilliness,waist and knee soreness scores,PBAC scores of the patients in the treatment group of non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine were lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group,the endometrial thickness was higher than that in the Western medicine treatment group,the serum HCG,FSH,LH levels were lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group,the serum E2,P levels,WHOQOL-BREF scores were higher than those in the Western medicine treatment group,and the duration of abdominal pain and the days of vaginal continuous bleeding were less than those in the Western medicine treatment group,the time of menstruation recovery was shorter than that in the Western medicine treatment group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine after outpatient abortion is better than that of Western medicine.
