全息刮痧联合中药烫熨对泌尿系结石性肾绞痛的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全息刮痧联合中药烫熨对泌尿系结石性肾绞痛患者的护理效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年9月萍乡市中医院收治的泌尿系结石性肾绞痛患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在此基础上予全息刮痧联合中药烫熨治疗,观察两组疼痛数字评定量表(NRS)评分、疼痛缓解时间、临床疗效及护理满意度。结果干预后15 min、30 min及60 min,观察组NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肾绞痛开始缓解时间及完全消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30)(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为100.00%(30/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。结论全息刮痧联合中药烫熨干预泌尿系结石性肾绞痛患者,护理效果较明显,满意度较好,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the nursing effect of holographic scraping combined with Chinese medicine ironing on patients with urinary tract calculous renal colic.Methods Sixty patients with urinary calculous renal colic in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received holographic scraping combined with Chinese medicine ironing.The NRS score,pain relief time,efficacy and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The NRS scores of the observation group at 15 minutes,30 minutes,and 60 minutes after intervention were lower than those of the control group at the same period(P<0.05).The remission time and complete disappearance time of renal colic in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of control group(70.00%,21/30)(P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than that in the control group(76.67%,23/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion Holographic scraping combined with Chinese medicine ironing has a significant nursing effect,good nursing satisfaction,and high application value in patients with urinary calculous renal colic.
