摘 要:目的研究在上颌骨骨折治疗中同时应用微型钛板坚固内固定、颌间牵引钉的效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2022年12月南京市六合区人民医院收治的131例上颌骨骨折患者为研究对象,按手术方法分组。对照组(65例)行微型钛板坚固内固定治疗,研究组(66例)行微型钛板坚固内固定联合颌间牵引钉治疗。比较两组总有效率、牙周指标、颌面功能、骨折恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果研究组临床总有效率(98.48%)高于对照组(89.23%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05)。研究组各项牙周指标、颌面功能、骨折恢复情况评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钛板坚固内固定与颌间牵引钉在上颌骨骨折治疗中联合使用效果显著。Objective To study the effect of rigid internal fixation with micro titanium plate and intermaxillary traction nail in the treatment of maxillary fracture.Methods A total of 131 patients with maxillary fracture treated in Liuhe District People's Hospital of Nanjing from January 2018 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were grouped according to surgical methods.Control group(65 cases)was treated with rigid internal fixation with micro titanium plate,and study group(66 cases)were treated with microtitanium plate rigid internal fixation combined with intermaxillary traction nail.The total effective rate,periodontal index,maxillofacial function,fracture recovery and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(98.48%)was higher than that of the control group(89.23%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05).The periodontal indexes,maxillofacial function and fracture recovery scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of titanium plate and intermaxillary traction nail in the treatment of maxillary fractures is remarkable.
