摘 要:目的分析膝关节隐匿性骨折临床诊断中多层螺旋计算机体层成像(multislice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)与高场强磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)的作用。方法随机选取2022年1月—2023年1月江苏省盱眙县人民医院收治的80例疑似膝关节隐匿性骨折患者为研究对象,以手术病理结果为金标准,分析MSCT与高场强MRI两种检查方式的诊断效能。结果手术病理检查显示,80例患者中膝关节隐匿性骨折确诊62例(77.50%),非膝关节隐匿性骨折18例(22.50%);高场强MRI诊断确诊61例(76.25%),MSCT诊断确诊59例(73.75%)。高场强MRI诊断的灵敏度与特异度分别为96.77%、94.44%,高于MSCT诊断的85.48%、66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论膝关节隐匿性骨折临床诊断中MSCT与高场强MRI检查均有一定的价值,且高场强MRI诊断效能高于MSCT,临床价值显著。Objective To analyze the role of multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)and high field magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the clinical diagnosis of occult fracture of knee joint.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected occulted knee fracture treated in Xuyi County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.The diagnostic efficacy of MSCT and high-field MRI were analyzed using surgical and pathological results as the gold standard.Results Surgical pathological examination showed that 62(77.50%)of the 80 patients were diagnosed with occult fracture of knee joint and 18(22.50%)were diagnosed with non-occult fracture of knee joint.Sixty-one cases(76.25%)were diagnosed with high field intensity MRI and 59 cases(73.75%)were diagnosed with MSCT.The diagnostic efficacy of high-field MRI in the diagnosis of occult fracture of knee joint was higher than that of MSCT.The sensitivity and specificity of high-field MRI were 96.77%and 94.44%,respectively,higher than that of MSCT 85.48%and 66.67%,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Both MSCT and high-field MRI have certain value in the clinical diagnosis of occult fracture of knee joint,and the diagnostic efficiency of high-field MRI is higher than that of MSCT,and the clinical value is significant.
