摘　　要：硒是生物体内关键矿物质之一,植物可以将无机硒转变为有机硒。有机硒被动植物有效利用,来满足自身生长发育和代谢的需要。适当硒量可以增强植物的抗逆能力,缓解非生物胁迫。本文主要综述了硒对植物生长发育、抗逆性和代谢调控的影响,植物体内硒的吸收、积累和价态,硒在植物的蛋白水平、转录水平上的作用和硒处理下植物非编码RNA的研究。本文为植物的富硒机理的探究奠定基础,为富硒农产品的开发和利用提供参考。Selenium is one of the key minerals in living organisms and plants can convert inorganic selenium into organic selenium.Organic selenium is effectively utilized by plants and animals to meet their needs for growth,development and metabolism.Appropriate amount of selenium can enhance plant resistance and alleviate abiotic stresses.This paper reviews the effects of selenium on plant growth and development,stress tolerance and metabolic regulation,selenium uptake,accumulation and valence in plants,selenium’s role at the protein level,transcriptional level and non-coding RNAs in plants under selenium treatment.This paper lays the foundation for the investigation of selenium enrichment mechanism in plants and provides reference for the development and utilization of selenium-enriched agricultural products.
