改良腕式约束带在择期全麻颅脑手术患者麻醉苏醒期的应用

摘　　要：目的分析改良腕式约束带对择期全麻颅脑手术患者麻醉苏醒期的应用价值。方法选取2022年2月-2023年1月天津市第一中心医院收治的实施择期全麻颅脑手术患者89例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为改良组45例和对照组44例,对照组行传统约束带处理,改良组行腕式约束带干预。结果干预后,改良组VAS评分远低于对照组;改良组相关并发症发生率远低于对照组;改良组苏醒期各项生命体征均优于对照组;改良组约束带满意率远高于对照组;改良组平均睁眼时间、握拳时间、麻醉诱导时间、拔管时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良腕式约束带在择期全麻颅脑手术中具有较高的使用价值,可降低患者麻醉苏醒期并发症发生率,促进机体全面恢复。Objective To analyze the application value of modified wrist restraints in the recovery period of patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for brain surgery.Methods A total of 89 patients undergoing elective craniotomy under general anesthesia from February 2022 to January 2023 were randomly into a modified group(n=45)and a control group(n=44),the control group was treated with traditional restraint belt,and the modified group was treated with wrist restraint belt.Results After intervention,the score of VAS in the modified group was much lower than that in the control group,the incidence of related complications in the modified group was much lower than that in the control group,and all vital signs in the recovery period in the modified group were better than that in the control group,the satisfaction rate of wrist restraints in the modified group was much higher than that in the control group;the time of opening eyes,clenching fists,induction of anesthesia and extubation in the modified group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified wrist restraints are of high value in elective craniotomy under general anesthesia,which can reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of patients.
