摘　　要：目的分析在预防剖宫产产妇术后下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的过程中深部静脉血栓防治仪的应用效果。方法此研究随机在2022年1月-12月期间于天津医科大学第二医院接受剖宫产的产妇中抽取56例开展试验研究,为了试验公平性与结果可参考性,以随机数字表法将患者分为观察组、对照组,每组的患者例数均为28例,对照组产妇开展常规干预,观察组在常规干预基础上加用8腔防血栓型(Phlebo Press DVT)深部静脉血栓防治仪干预。结果相对于对照组产妇来说,观察组产妇术后DVT形成干预效果更为理想,P<0.05。统计学分析两组产妇干预前后凝血功能、血液流变学指标后可知,干预前并无显著差异,P>0.05;而干预后则差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在剖宫产产妇术后DVT预防的过程中,深部静脉血栓防治仪发挥着较好的作用,值得予以临床推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of deep venous thrombosis prevention and treatment instrument in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after cesarean section.Methods This study randomly selected 56 cases of pregnant women who received cesarean section in hospital from January to December 2022 to carry out the experimental study.In order to ensure the fairness of the experiment and the referability of the results,the patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The pregnant women in the control group received routine intervention.The observation group was additionally treated with 8-cavity antithrombotic(Phlebo Press DVT)deep venous thrombosis prevention instrument on the basis of routine intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the intervention effect of DVT formation in the observation group was more ideal,P<0.05.After statistical analysis of coagulation function and hemorheology indexes before and after intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of DVT prevention after cesarean section,deep venous thrombosis prevention instrument plays a good effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
