鼻内镜下电凝止血和传统填塞治疗难治性鼻出血的效果比较

摘　　要：目的研究鼻内镜下电凝止血和传统填塞治疗难治性鼻出血的效果。方法选择2021年10月-2023年10月天津市北辰医院耳鼻喉科收治的100例难治性鼻出血患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用鼻内镜下电凝止血、对照组采用传统填塞治疗,比较两组止血相关指标、综合征反应、鼻腔通气阻力指标、VAS评分。结果观察组止血相关指标均优于对照组,观察组综合征反应发生率远低于对照组,观察组鼻腔通气阻力指标、VAS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下电凝止血治疗效果更显著,不仅能达到止血效果,还能减轻患者疼痛,减轻综合征反应。Objective To study the effect of endoscopic electrocoagulation and traditional packing in the treatment of refractory epistaxis.Methods A total of 100 patients with refractory epistaxis in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were Otolaryngology,the observation group was treated with electrocoagulation under nasal endoscope and the control group was treated with traditional tamponade.The hemostatic related indexes,syndrome reaction,nasal ventilation resistance indexes and VAS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes related to hemostasis in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the incidence of syndrome reaction in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,the indexes of nasal ventilation resistance and VAS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrocoagulation under nasal endoscope is more effective in hemostasis,not only can achieve hemostasis effect,but also can reduce the pain of patients and reduce the reaction of syndrome.
