螺旋CT与磁共振对肝脏囊性占位病变的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究螺旋CT与磁共振对肝脏囊性占位病变的诊断价值。方法随机选取天津市第二人民医院放射科2022年1月-2023年6月接诊的84例肝脏囊性占位患者。分别采用螺旋CT和磁共振(MRI)检查,结果记录为螺旋CT组和MRI组;术后以病理结果为金标准,对比两组的诊断效果。结果MRI组对肝脏囊性占位病变的检出率高于螺旋CT组(P<0.05),MRI组对炎症性囊性病的检出率高于螺旋CT组(P<0.05);两组的囊性肿瘤检出率和发育性囊性病变检出率结果相近(P>0.05)。在炎症性囊性病变的诊断效能上,MRI组的灵敏度高于螺旋CT组(P>0.05);MRI组的特异度和准确度均高于螺旋CT组(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT和MRI对肝脏囊性占位病变的诊断均有着较高的检出率,但MRI更高。MRI对炎症性囊性病变有着更高的诊断效能,可为肝脏囊性占位病变的临床诊断提供借鉴。Objective To study the clinical application value of spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of hepatic cystic lesions.Method 84 patients with hepatic cystic masses admitted to the Radiology Department of Tianjin Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected.Spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)were performed separately,and the results were recorded as spiral CT group and MRI group;after surgery,the pathological results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic effects of the two groups.Result The detection rate of hepatic cystic lesions in MRI group was higher than spiral CT group(P<0.05),and the detection rate of inflammatory cystic diseases in MRI group was higher than spiral CT group(P<0.05);the detection rates of cystic tumors and developmental cystic lesions in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).In terms of diagnostic efficacy in inflammatory cystic lesions,the sensitivity of MRI group was higher than spiral CT group(P<0.05);the specificity and accuracy of MRI group were higher than spiral CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of hepatic cystic lesions,both spiral CT and MRI can achieve high detection rates,but MRI is higher.MRI has higher diagnostic efficacy for inflammatory cystic disease and can provide reference for the clinical diagnosis of hepatic cystic lesions.
