摘　　要：目的探究预处理策略模式对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC)置管新生儿一次穿刺成功率及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年3月湛江市妇幼保健院收治的120例PICC置管新生儿,随机分为两组,每组各60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组加用预处理策略模式护理。比较两组一次穿刺成功率、置管情况、并发症发生率、护理质量。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率较高,出血量较对照组少、置管时间较短,并发症总发生率较低,护理质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论预处理策略模式可提高PICC置管患儿一次穿刺成功率,降低并发症发生率,改善置管情况,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effects of preconditioning strategy on the success rate and complication rate of central venous catheter(PICC)catheterization in neonates.Methods A total of 120 neonates with PICC catheterization admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received preconditioning strategy mode nursing.The success rate of puncture,catheterization,complication rate and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher success rate of puncture,less blood loss,shorter catheter insertion time,lower incidence of complications,and higher nursing quality score(P<0.05).Conclusion Preconditioning strategy mode can improve the success rate of one time puncture,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the catheterization situation and improve the nursing quality of PICC children.
