复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合苦参凝胶对霉菌性阴道炎患者阴道清洁度及炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨霉菌性阴道炎(VVC)患者使用苦参凝胶、复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合治疗的效果。方法将江西省中西医结合医院2022年1月-2023年1月收治的VVC患者70例分为两组,每组各35例,对照组采取复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗,基于此,观察组加用苦参凝胶,均治疗7d,比较两组治疗效果、阴道清洁度、炎症指标及不良反应。结果与对照组治疗总有效率77.14%(27/35)比较,观察组治疗总有效率97.14%(34/35)更高(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平均比治疗前低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);观察组阴道清洁度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率11.43%(4/35)与对照组5.71%(2/35)比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论VVC患者使用苦参凝胶、复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合治疗效果满意,可减轻炎症反应,提高阴道清洁度,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of matrine gel and metronidazole vaginal suppository in patients with mycotic vaginitis(VVC).Methods 70 VVC patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound metronidazole vaginal embolus.Based on this,the observation group was treated with matrine gel for 7 days,and the therapeutic effect,vaginal cleanliness,inflammation indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35)higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(27/35)(P<0.05).The levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the levels in observation group were lower(P<0.05).The vaginal cleanliness of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.43%(4/35)compared with 5.71%(2/35)in the control group,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of matrine gel and metronidazole vaginal suppository in patients with VVC has satisfactory effect,can reduce inflammation,improve vaginal cleanliness,and has good safety.
