摘　　要：目的探讨自拟清肺方对妊娠咳嗽患者临床症状的改善效果。方法采用随机对照试验方法,将2022年4月-2023年5月在天津市和平区妇产科医院就诊的82例妊娠咳嗽患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41人。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上应用自拟清肺方治疗。观察比较两组中医症状积分变化、临床症状改善总有效率、不良反应情况等指标。结果观察组治疗后的中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状改善总有效率为92.68%,明显高于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论自拟清肺方治疗妊娠咳嗽患者可有效提高治疗效果,改善中医症状积分,并有效缓解咳嗽等临床症状,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the improvement effect of self-designed Qingfei Formula on clinical symptoms of pregnant cough patients.Method A randomized controlled trial was used to randomly divide 82 pregnant cough patients who visited our hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 into a control group and an observation group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received self formulated Qingfei Formula treatment on the basis of Western medicine treatment.Observe and compare the changes in Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement,and adverse reactions between two groups.Result The TCM symptom score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the observation group was 92.68%,significantly higher than 73.17%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly reduced compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self formulated Qingfei Formula can effectively improve the treatment effect of pregnant cough patients,improve Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,and effectively alleviate clinical symptoms such as cough,with good safety.
