银翘散加减药浴治疗疱疹性咽峡炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察银翘散加减药浴治疗疱疹性咽峡炎(HA)的临床效果。方法选取鹰潭市中医院2021年4月-2023年8月收治的HA患儿84例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)与治疗组(42例);对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组基于常规治疗,给予银翘散加减药浴治疗;对比两组治疗效果、中医证候评分、临床症状消失时间及免疫功能指标。结果治疗组总有效率(95.24%)较对照组(78.57%)高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗5d后中医证候评分较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组退热、疱疹消退、咽峡部充血消失时间较对照组短,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗5d后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论HA患儿采用银翘散加减药浴治疗效果较好,可促使临床症状消退,改善免疫功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Yinqiao powder in the treatment of herpetic pharyngitis(HA).Method 84 children with HA admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(42 cases)and a treatment group(42 cases)using a random number table method;the control group received routine treatment,while the treatment group received treatment based on routine treatment,treated with modified Yinqiao powder medicated bath;compare the treatment effects,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,clinical symptom disappearance time,and immune function indicators between two groups.Result The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(78.57%),with a statistical difference(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after 5 days of treatment,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);the treatment group had a shorter time for fever reduction,herpes regression,and disappearance of congestion in the isthmus compared to the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD8^(+)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after 5 days of treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of modified Yinqiao powder bath for the treatment of HA in children has a good effect,which can promote the resolution of clinical symptoms and improve immune function.
