摘　　要：目的探讨新型医用放大镜引导可视鼻肠管置管术在危重症患者中的应用效果。方法行鼻肠管置管术的危重症患者54例分为两组:徒手组29例,采用徒手盲插鼻肠管置管术;引导组25例,在新型医用放大镜引导下行可视鼻肠管置管术。比较两组置管时间、首次置管成功率、延迟喂养时间及并发症的发生情况。结果两组置管时间和并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);引导组首次置管成功率高于徒手组(P<0.05);徒手组延迟喂养时间长于引导组(P<0.01)。徒手组有4例患者出现不同程度的并发症,而引导组仅1例出现轻度鼻出血。结论新型医用放大镜引导可视鼻肠管置管术成功率高,可实现即刻喂养,符合危重症患者的病情需求。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of new medical magnifying scope-guided visual nasointestinal tube placement in critically ill patients.Methods A total of 54 critically ill patients undergoing nasointestinal tube placement were divided into two groups.A blind-insertion was performed in group C(29 cases).The visual nasointestinal tube placement was performed with new medical magnifying scope in group A(25 cases).The time for tube placement,success rate of the first-time placement,feeding delay time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the time for tube placement and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The success rate of the first-time placement was higher in group A than that in group C(P<0.05).The feeding delay time in group C was longer than that in group A(P<0.01).Four patients in group C experienced varying degrees of complications,whereas only one patient in group A had a mild nasal hemorrhage.Conclusion The new medical magnifying scope-guided visual nasointestinal tube placement has a higher success rate,allows for immediate feeding,and meets the needs of critically ill patients.
