摘　　要：应急广播是通过广播、电视、网络视听等各种媒体向公众或特定地区公众传播突发事件消息的一种重要方式。当遭遇紧急情况或重大灾害时,该系统能够迅速、准确地向受灾人群传递现场情况,以便相关主体及时采取应对措施,从而有效减少人们的生命财产损失。简述应急广播系统的基本概念、总体架构和主要功能,以广东省阳江市阳江广播电视台阳春钩髻顶应急广播系统建设项目为例,提出几点具体的建设与执行策略,以供同行参考。Emergency broadcasting is an important way to disseminate emergency news to the public or to the public in specific areas through various media such as radio,television and network.When encountering an emergency or major disaster,the system can quickly and accurately transmit the scene situation to the affected people,so that the relevant entities can take timely countermeasures,thus effectively reducing the loss of people’s lives and property.This paper briefly describes the basic concept,overall structure and main functions of the emergency broadcast system,taking the construction project of Yangjiang radio and television station in Yangjiang city,Guangdong province as an example,and puts forward some concrete construction and implementation strategies for reference.
