摘　　要：Objective To observe the effect Compound Qingdai Enema on rapidly alleviating the inflammatory activity in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods A preand post-treatment self-controlled trail was used in this study.Totally 42 patients with active UC were treated with Compound Qingdai Enema by traditional rectal administration method.The main clinical symptoms,mucosal endoscopic manifestations,mucosal histopathology.
