摘　　要：Objective To investigate the risk factors of unplanned readmission in patients with diabetes and to develop the risk prediction model.Methods 240 type 2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,Hainan Hospital Affiliated to Hainan Medical College from December 2016 to December 2020 were selected.Patients were divided into re-admission group (RG,n=55) and non-readmission group (NRG,n=185) according to whether they were readmitted within 30 days.
