施琅《靖海纪事》之奏疏研究

摘　　要：施琅是清初杰出的军事家、政治家。他奉康熙之命任福建水师提督一职专征台湾,在攻克澎湖、收复台湾以及保台治台的过程中做出了重要贡献。在征澎克台期间,他曾上呈过多篇奏疏,收录在《靖海纪事》中。该奏疏涉及平台相关事宜,呈现出文辞庄重、情笃意切以及直言敢谏、言必有据的书写风格,蕴含了施氏安民节用、重视人才的主张,体现其思危意识及其军事战略。Shi Lang was an outstanding strategist and statesman in the early Qing Dynasty.Under the order of Kangxi,he was appointed as the commander of the Fujian Naval Forces to take over Taiwan,and made important contri-butions in the process of conquering Penghu,recovering Taiwanand goveninging Taiwan.During the period,he wrote a number of memorials,which were included in the Jing HaiChronicle.They mainly dealt with the recovery of Taiwan,in-volving his idea of pacifying the people,saving resources and valuing talents together with his danger awareness and mili-tary strategy.The writing appeared to be officially wording,emotionally sincere and evidentially outright.
