摘 要:为提升汽车吸能盒在轴向冲击下的耐撞性,首先在传统方管吸能盒中引入波纹结构设计了3种波纹方管吸能盒,以传统方管吸能盒与波纹方管吸能盒的耐撞性分析来获得结构参数对波纹方管吸能盒吸能性能的影响规律。然后选取全边波纹方管吸能盒的波纹幅值、数量、厚度和材料为设计变量,以最大化比吸能、最小化峰值压溃力为优化目标,进行多目标优化。结果表明,优化后的全边波纹方管吸能盒较传统方管吸能盒的比吸能上升168.1%,峰值压溃力下降85.5%,优化效果显著。In order to improve the crashworthiness of vehicle crush box under axial impact, three kinds of crush boxes with corrugated square tube were designed by introducing corrugated structure into crush box with traditional square tube. The crashworthiness of the crush box with traditional square tube and the crush boxes with corrugated square tube were analyzed to obtain the influence of structural parameters on the energy absorption performance of the crush boxes with corrugated square tube. Then, the ripple amplitude, quantity, thickness and material of the crush box with all corrugated square tube were selected as design variables, and multi-objective optimization was carried out to maximize the specific energy absorption and minimize the peak crushing force. The results showed that the specific energy of the optimized the crush box with all corrugated square tube was increased by 168.1% and the peak crushing force was reduced by 85.5% compared with the crush box with traditional square tube and the optimization effect was remarkable.
