摘 要:系统分析了当前主流电液提升控制阀的技术特点及控制原理,阐述了电比例控制阀与数字阀的技术区别,为后期控制阀的设计开发提供了建设性意见。从工况需求层面分析了电液提升控制阀技术路线的内在发展规律,作为电液提升系统的核心元件,电液提升阀的发展路线即为电液提升系统的发展趋势,为液压系统的设计选型及整机发展路径提供参考。The technical characteristics and control principle of the current mainstream electro-hydraulic hitch control valve were systematically analyzed, and the technical differences between the electric proportional control valve and the digital valve were put forward, which provided constructive suggestions for the design of the electro-hydraulic hitch control valve. The inherent development law of the technical route of electro-hydraulic lifting control valve was analyzed from the level of working conditions. As the core component of electro-hydraulic lifting system, the development route of electro-hydraulic lifting valve represents the development trend of electro-hydraulic lifting system, which poined out the direction for the design and selection of hydraulic system as well as machine.
