摘  要:随着焊接技术的不断发展,越来越多的箱体类零件采用焊接方式初加工,再由机床精加工,精加工时,通过增加内部支撑装置防止零件加工时产生变形。对于高度较小且深度较大的箱体类零件,如高度小于300 mm、且深度大于1 500 mm的箱体类零件,由于手臂可触及的范围有限,无法将支撑装置放置到指定位置,箱体类零件得不到很好支撑,导致零件加工后变形量较大。针对以上问题,研究了一种支撑装置,利用UG三维建模技术及虚拟样机技术对产品进行设计和虚拟装配,验证了支撑装置的合理性和可行性。支撑装置的使用使高度较小且深度较大的箱体类零件的制造周期缩短25%以上;同时,装置设置有压力传感器和显示系统,能够实时检测和显示支撑装置的支撑力,将支撑装置的调整时间减少30%以上,很好地解决了高度较小且深度较大的箱体类零件在机加工过程中支撑较难的问题,提高箱体类零件的加工精度和制造质量,为企业带来经济效益。With the continuous development of welding technology, more and more box-type parts are initially processed by welding and then precision machined on machine tools. To prevent deformation caused by machining, support devices are added inside the box-type parts during precision machining on machine tools. For box-type parts with relatively small height and greater depth, such as those with a height less than 300 mm and depth greater than 1 500 mm, it is difficult to place the support device at the designated position because the reach of arms is limited, which results in inadequate support and consequently leads to significant deformation after machining. To address this issue, a support device was studied. Using UG three-dimensional modeling technology and virtual prototype technology, product design and virtual assembly were performed to validate the practicality and feasibility of the support device. The use of the support device saved more than 25% of the manufacturing cycle time for box-type parts with small height and great depth. Additionally, the device was equipped with a pressure sensor and display system that could monitor and display the support force in real-time, reducing the time required to adjust the support device by more than 30%. The support device effectively solved the difficult support issue encountered during the machining process of box-type parts with small height and great depth, improved the machining accuracy, enhanced the manufacturing quality of box-type parts, and brought economic benefits to enterprises.
