摘 要:科学合理的应急物资供应链协同平台有助于保障应急物流高效开展,在灾害发生时确保应急物资及时准确送达,减轻灾害给人民群众带来的伤害。本文从技术层、信息层、业务层、管理层四个维度构建湖南省应急物资供应链协同平台,从战略、业务、物流、信息四个层次构建平台协同策略,最后提出湖南省应急物资供应链协同平台运行保障机制,为湖南省应急物流体系构建提供理论支持。A scientific and reasonable supply chain coordination.platform for emergency supplies can help to guarantee the efficient development of emergency logistics,ensure the timely and accurate delivery of emergency supplies in the event of disasters,and reduce the harm caused by disasters to the people.From the technical layer,information layer,business layer,management layer,this paper constructs a coordination platform for emergency supplies supply chain in Hunan Province,from the strategic,business,logistics,information,four levels to build the platform synergistic operation mechanism,and finally puts forward the operation of the supply chain coordination platform of emergency supplies in Hunan Province to ensure the operation of the platform,for the construction of Hunan Province,emergency logistics system to provide theoretical support.
