摘 要:针对汽车零部件物流中SPS拣选环节存在的拣选效率低、差错率高、劳动强度高等问题,本文提出了一个有效的“货到人”拣选方案。首先,提出将承担存储功能的穿梭车立体库改造为储分一体化的智能拣选设备。其次,为了进一步提高拣选效率、减少穿梭车出库频次,提出采用订单聚类算法将订单聚类后,分波次进行拣选,实现相似订单一同拣选。最后,通过实际场景验证了本文所提方案的可行性。Aiming at the problems of low picking efficiency,high error rate and high labor intensity in SPS picking in automotive parts logistics,an effective criterion is proposed for“goods-to-person”picking.Firstly,it is proposed to transform the storage function of the shuttle vehicles three-dimensional warehouse into an integrated intelligent picking equipment of storage and division.Secondly,in order to further improve the picking efficiency and reduce the frequency of shuttle vehicles,an order clustering algorithm is used to cluster orders and then pick them in waves,so as to realize that similar orders are picked together.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed program are verified through actual scene testing.
