摘 要:人工智能和大数据的兴起和发展推动物流行业进行数智化转型,现代物流人才的培养模式也需要随之更新。陆海新通道作为西部腹地重要的交通路线,对高技能的物流人才有着巨大的需求。本文将智慧物流供应链的工作流程与人才能力进行了对标分解,分析了现阶段陆海新通道物流人才培养的不足,在此基础上重新构建了智慧物流供应链视阈下陆海新通道物流人才培养模式,并结合教学实际提出了具体的实践路径,以期对物流人才培养模式的改革与创新提供参考。The rise and development of artificial intelligence and big data have prompted the logistics industry to undergo digital transformation.The training model for modern logistics talents also needs to be updated accordingly.As an important transportation route in the western region,the new land-sea corridor has a huge demand for highly skilled logistics talents.This paper benchmarks and decomposes the workflow of the smart logistics supply chain with the competence of talents.Then,analyzes the shortcomings in the current stage of logistics talent training for the new landsea corridor.Based on this analysis,reconstructs the training model for logistics talents in the perspective of the smart logistics supply chain for the new land-sea corridor,also proposes specific practical paths in combination with teaching practice,aiming to provide references for the reform and innovation of logistics talent training models.
