摘　　要：蒙药方剂额尔敦-乌日勒是从古至今临床上广泛应用的经典蒙药方剂之一,其寓意为“珍贵又神奇的药丸”,由珍珠、麝香、牛黄等29味珍贵药材组成,并且是各药合用、功效俱全的蒙医药历史悠久的瑰宝之一。由石膏、栀子、草决明、土木香、降香、丁香、肉桂、红花、草果仁、木香、地锦草、海金沙、麝香、诃子、肉豆蔻、苘麻子、甘草、白巨胜、沉香、牛黄、川楝子、白豆蔻、枫香脂、檀香、黑种草子、荜茇、珍珠(制)、犀角浓缩粉等二十九味蒙药组成。珍珠、牛黄、犀角、麝香等四味药材各自另研制成细末,其他25味药材共同研制成细末后加上上述四味药材细末混匀,用水调成丸,用银朱外包成药。主要治疗:黑、白脉病、萨病、“托列”病、风湿、麻风病、“协日乌素”病、肾血管震挫伤、肾热病、血管痉挛、热陈散在脉中、关节屈曲等病症。是蒙医治疗白脉病、缺血性脑血管病的首选药。The Mongolian medicine formula Erdun Wurile is one of the classic Mongolian medicine formulas widely used in clinical practice from ancient times to the present,with the meaning of"precious and magical pills"it is composed of 29 precious medicinal herbs such as pearls,musk,and calculus bovis,and is one of the treasures of Mongolian medicine with a long history of combined use and comprehensive effects of various drugs.It is composed of twenty-nine Mongolian medicines,including gypsum,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Cassia tora Linn,Inula heleniumL,Dalbergia odorifera,Syringa oblata,Cinnamomi Cortex,Crocus sativus L,AmomumtsaokoCrevostetLemarie,Aucklandiae Radix,Parthenocissus tricuspidata,Lygodium Sw,musk,Chebulae Fructus,MyristicafragransHoutt,Abutilon theophrasti,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Lactuca sativa L,Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)Gilg,calculus bovis,Melia toosendan,Amomum kravanh,Resina Liquidambaris,Santalum album Linn,Nigellae Semen,Piper longum L,pearl(processing drugs),Rhinoceros horn concentrated powder,etc.Pearl,bezoar,rhinoceros horn,musk and other four medicinal herbs were separately developed into fine powder,while the other 25 medicinal herbs were jointly developed into fine powder.After adding the fine powder of the four medicinal herbs mentioned above,they were mixed well and mixed with water to form pills.Silver vermilion was used to wrap the finished medicine.Main treatments:black and white pulse diseases,Sa disease,"tulai"disease,rheumatism,leprosy,"Xieri Wusu"disease,renal vascular shock and contusion,renal heat disease,vascular spasm,heat Chen scattered in the pulse,joint flexion and other diseases.It is the preferred medication for Mongolian medicine to treat white pulse disease and ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
