摘  要:介绍了依据超声应力检测设计的简化仿真方法,基于COMSOL固体力学模块模拟了临界折射纵波的传播,并提出了一种新的仿真构型。通过对有限元模型的三种不同载荷施加方法:无应力时进行超声激励、有应力时进行超声激励、有应力时不进行超声激励,以获取三组数据,从而得到不同应力变化量下临界折射纵波传播的声时差。实验所得数据中,拟合直线的决定系数R^(2)=0.99914,表明模型的声时差与应力变化量非常接近线性关系,与理论一致,验证了实验构型的准确性。该方法能够大大降低计算量,从而提高效率。此外,该构型还可用于进一步探究超声应力检测影响因素、临界折射纵波的产生等方面研究,比如变化材料参数、厚度等条件,为检测工艺的制定提供指导。The simplified simulation method based on ultrasonic stress detection is introduced.The propagation of critical refracted p-wave is simulated based on COMSOL solid mechanics module,and a new simulation configuration is proposed.Three different loading methods are applied to the finite element model:Three sets of data were obtained by ultrasonic excitation without stress,ultrasonic excitation with stress,and no ultrasonic excitation with stress,so as to obtain the acoustic time difference of critical refraction p-wave propagation under different stress variations.In the data obtained from the experiment,the determination coefficient of the fitted line R^(2)=0.99914,indicating that the acoustic time difference of the model is very close to the linear relationship with the stress variation,which is consistent with the theory,and verifies the accuracy of the experimental configuration.In addition,the configuration can be used to further explore the influencing factors of ultrasonic stress detection and the generation of critical refraction p-wave,such as changing material parameters,thickness and other conditions,so as to provide guidance for the designation of detection technology.
