摘  要:P92钢广泛应用于超超临界火电机组的高温管道,原始微裂纹缺陷的存在和Ⅳ型裂纹的产生对管道的安全运行造成极大的危害。利用先进的技术手段对P92钢焊缝缺陷进行定量定性检测具有很大的必要性和重要意义。采用全聚焦相控阵检测技术对在役P92管道焊缝进行检测试验,结果表明,全聚焦法成像分辨力高,缺陷图像特征更加明显,更有利于微小缺陷尺寸、位置的精准测量和对缺陷的定性研究。P92 steel is widely used in high-temperature pipelines of ultra-supercritical power generation units,it does great harm to the safe operation of the pipeline by microcracks and type IV creep cracking of welded joint.And it is necessary to detect the weld defects of P92 steel quantitatively and qualitatively by using advanced detection method.Some tests were made on P92 pipeline weld by full focus phased array inspection technology,results show that this method can provide high resolution,the image features of defects are more obvious,the measurement of the size and position of small defects can be accurately,and it is more conducive to make qualitative research of defects.
