摘 要:为检测某型飞机起落架法兰盘两型螺栓牙底裂纹缺陷回波,通过普通超声A扫检测方法,借助专用探头和阶梯试块,开展了螺栓超声检测研究工作,获得了光杆台阶波、裂纹回波、开口销孔回波图像,并与磁粉检测进行了对比分析,为制定该类螺栓无损检测工艺,开展飞机起落架法兰螺栓超声原位检测研究奠定基础。In order to detect the flaw echo of two type bolt tooth bottom cracks on the landing gear flange of a certain aircraft,the bolt Ultrasonic testing research work was carried out through the ordinary ultrasonic A-scan testing method,with the help of special probes and step test blocks,and the images of smooth rod step wave,crack echo,and split pin hole echo were obtained,which were compared with the magnetic trace display formed by magnetic particle testing,and could be used to develop the nondestructive testing process for such bolts,lay the foundation for conducting ultrasonic in-situ testing research on aircraft landing gear flange bolts.
