摘 要:以Ti-Mg脱氧钢为研究对象,采用热模拟和高温激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)研究了不同冷速对组织相变的影响以及连续冷却条件下原位观察晶内夹杂物诱导针状铁素(AF)体形成过程。结果表明:随着冷速的增加,AF含量先增加后降低,冷速为5℃/s时,AF含量最多;高温原位观察发现,614℃时AF开始在夹杂物处形核,553℃时形核长大结束。电子探针面扫夹杂物内层以MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)为主体,外层覆盖TiOx-MnO。贫Mn区的形成是诱导含Ti-Mg复合夹杂物诱导生成AF的主要原因。Taking Ti-Mg deoxidized steel as research object,the thermal simulation and confocal scanning laser microscopy(CLSM)were used to study the influence of different cooling speeds on the phase transition of the structure and the in-situ observation of the formation process of intragranular inclusions induced acicular ferrite under continuous cooling conditions.The results show that as the cooling rate increases,the content of acicular ferrite first increases and then decreases.When the cooling rate is 5℃/s,the content of acicular ferrite(AF)is highest.The high temperature in-situ observation shows that AF starts nucleation at inclusions at the position of 614℃,and the nucleation growth ends at 553℃.The inner layer of the electron probe surface scanning inclusions is mainly MgO-Al_(2)O_(3),and the outer layer is covered with TiOx-MnO.The formation of Mn-deplete zone(MDZ)is the main reason for inducing Ti-Mg composite inclusions to induce the formation of AF.
