摘 要:针对Ni包WC颗粒增强金属基复合材料激光熔覆过程,开发了熔覆层温度场及应力场模型,考虑了不同含量Ni包WC颗粒对复合熔覆层热物性的影响,分析了金属基复合熔覆层中的温度场和应力场演变机理并提出了应力优化的梯度熔覆方案。结果表明:当粉末中Ni包WC颗粒含量越多,物性与基体相差越大,在熔覆过程中会产生较大的应力,熔覆层中最大应力出现在熔覆层与基体的结合面附近。采用梯度熔覆方案可显著降低最大应力,以得到成形良好的复合熔覆层。Aiming at the laser cladding process of Ni clad WC particle reinforced metal matrix composites,the temperature field and stress field model of cladding layer were developed.Considering the influence of different content of Ni clad WC particles on the thermophysical properties of composite cladding layer,the evolution mechanism of temperature field and stress field in metal matrix composite cladding layer was analyzed,and a gradient cladding scheme for stress optimization was proposed.The results show that the greater the content of Ni coated WC particles in the powder,the greater the difference between the physical properties and the matrix,and the greater stress generates in the cladding process.The maximum stress in the cladding layer appears near the joint surface between the cladding layer and the matrix.The gradient cladding scheme can significantly reduce the maximum stress and obtain a well formed composite cladding layer.
