摘　　要：目的分析和了解脑卒中对偏瘫患者跌倒恐惧内心真实的体验,为预防脑卒中患者的跌倒提供建议和理论依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学的分析方法,对12名跌倒恐惧的脑卒中偏瘫患者进行半结构式的访谈,并采用Colaizzi七步分析对收集的资料进行深入分析,比较归纳提炼出主题。结果析出日常活动信心降低、认知能力下降、应对策略增多3个主题。结论通过质性研究的方法,了解脑卒中偏瘫患者对于跌倒恐惧最真实的体验,以提供针对性的治疗措施,促进患者对治疗的配合,提高患者的治疗效果和生存质量。Objective To analyze and understand the real experience of falling fear in stroke patients with hemiplegia,and provide suggestions and theoretical basis for preventing falls in patients with stroke.Methods Using the phenomenological analysis method in qualitative research,semi-structured interviews were conducted on 12 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were feared of falling,and Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis was used to conduct in-depth analysis of the collected data and extract the theme.Results Three were three themes:lower confidence in daily activities,cognitive decline and more coping strategies.Conclusions Through the method of qualitative research,to understand the most real experience of stroke hemiplegic patients with fear of falling,so as to provide targeted treatment measures,promote the cooperation of patients with treatment,and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
