北伐时期的地方政局与派系革命——以1927年福建“谢瘦秋案”为线索

摘　　要：北伐时期,地域社会既有的政治力量在革命进程中不断分合演进,深刻制约着国民政府对地方政治的整合,福建则由于1927年国民党中央党部特派福建工运指导员谢瘦秋被福建地方党政当局逮捕并擅行枪决一案的发生,成为就近观察的良好站点。谢氏之死既是北伐时期福建地方政治生态演进中带有明显地域区隔的福州系与新编军系两大派别营垒冲突的产物,也与新兴的南京国民政府政治整合能力薄弱密切相关。谢案善后中相关责任人从“有罪”到“无罪”的演变,在一定程度上也是国民政府在建政中对地方政府妥协的体现。The present paper,applying the analytical framework suggesting that established local political forces kept changing and deeply restricted Guomindang's work of integrating the localities to the reinvestigation of the case of Xie Shouqiu,who was a commissioner dispatched by the central committee of Guomindang to supervise worker's movement in Fujian and later executed by Fujian's local authorities,points out that this incident demonstrated that the Nanjing regime headed by Guomindang performed badly in political integration.
