摘  要:出血事件可严重威胁人类的生命,也给医务人员的诊治工作带来巨大挑战。已有越来越多的止血材料被开发应用,但仍不能完全满足复杂出血状况的止血。水凝胶被成功合成后,它的亲水性和生物相容性引起生物材料学者们的极大兴趣。在过去几十年中,研究人员对水凝胶在止血方面的应用开展了大量的研究。基于此,本文从原材料的角度分类,概述了常见的天然多糖、天然蛋白质及人工合成水凝胶,总结了其原材料的特点、止血相关机制及最新研究进展,并对该领域的发展趋势进行了展望,以期推动水凝胶在止血领域的应用。Hemorrhagic events pose a serious threat to human life and present significant challenges to the diagnostic efforts of healthcare professionals.Despite the increasing development and application of hemostatic materials,they still fall short of fully meeting the complexities of bleeding conditions.With the successful synthesis of hydrogels,their hydrophilic nature and biocompatibility have captured the keen interest of biomaterial scientists.Over the past few decades,researchers have conducted extensive studies on the application of hydrogels in hemostasis.In light of this,this paper categorizes common natural polysaccharides,natural proteins,and artificially synthesized hydrogels from the perspective of raw materials.It provides an overview of their characteristics,hemostatic mechanisms,and recent research advancements.Additionally,the paper offers a prospective analysis of the trends in this field,aiming to drive the application of hydrogels in the domain of hemostasis.
