退行性腰椎管狭窄症合并膝关节或髋关节骨关节炎患病率的系统回顾和荟萃分析

摘　　要：目的 系统性分析退行性腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)合并膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)或髋关节骨关节炎(HOA)的患病率。方法 采用计算机检索2000年1月至2021年12月中英文数据库发表的含有LSS合并KOA或HOA的文献,共纳入8项文献,采用Revman软件计算LSS合并KOA、LSS合并HOA的患病率。结果 6项研究描述了LSS合并KOA的发生率,样本量从44~641例不等,结果显示,LSS合并KOA的合并发生率为30%(95%CI:17%~43%)。6项研究描述了LSS合并HOA发生率,研究样本量从44~601例不等,结果显示,LSS合并HOA的合并发生率为15%(95%CI:6%~24%)。结论 LSS合并KOA或HOA患病率分别为30%和15%,未来的研究中仍需要纳入主诉KOA或HOA的患者,以进一步明确LSS患者合并KOA或HOA发生率。Objective To systematically analyze the prevalence of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)complicated with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)or hip osteoarthritis(HOA).Methods The literatures with LSS combined with koa or HOA published in Chinese and English databases from January 2000 to December 2021 were searched by computer.A total of 8 literatures were included.The prevalence of LSS combined with KOA and LSS combined with HOA was calculated by Revman.Results Six studies described the incidence of LSS with KOA,with sample sizes ranging from 44 to 641 cases,and the results of random effect model showed that the incidence of LSS combined with KOA was 30%(95%CI:17%~43%).Six studies described the incidence of LSS with HOA,the sample sizes of the study ranged from 44 to 601 cases,and the results of random effect model showed that the incidence of LSS combined with HOA was 15%(95%CI:6%~24%).Conclusion The prevalence of KOA or HOA in LSS is 30%and 15%respectively.Patients with koa or HOA still need to be included in future studies to further clarify the incidence of KOA or HOA in LSS patients.
