摘　　要：科学技术推动数字化战略的发展,社区安防促进现代化社区的构建。以数字化发展战略下大数据智能核心技术为依托,从城市居住区的犯罪风险可视化分析为切入点,结合等级化社区安防标准和犯罪风险评估与控制理论,探寻智慧城市建设背景下的社区智能安防应用机制是社区警务改革和创新社区基层治理的新路径。本文提出构建模块化治安治理创新模式,涵盖前端智能感知系统设计,中期面向公安机关、社区服务、居民和物业应用,后期实现数据管理与新功能延展开发的创新应用机制,以创新的社区安防应用机制和技术架构进一步完善“共建、共治、共享”的社会治理格局,充分运用科学规划、个性安防、智慧手段助力现代化智慧社区的构建。Science and technology promote the development of digital strategies,and community security promotes the construction of modern communities.Based on the core technology of big data intelligence under the digital development strategy,starting from the visual analysis of crime risks in urban residential areas,combined with hierarchical community security standards and crime risk assessment and control theory,exploring the application mechanism of community intelligent security in the context of smart city construction is a new path for community policing reform and innovative community grassroots governance.Building a modular public security governance innovation model,proposing an innovative application mechanism for front-end intelligent perception system design,mid-term targeting public security organs,community services,residents and property applications,and later implementing data management and new function extension development.With an innovative community security application mechanism and technical architecture,further improving the social governance pattern of"co construction,co governance,and sharing",fully utilizing scientific planning,personalized security,and intelligent means to assist in the construction of modern smart communities.
