摘 要:以中欧班列开通作为国际交通运输通道的准自然实验,基于2009—2021年中国284个城市的面板数据,研究国际交通运输通道对双循环新发展格局的影响。研究发现:中欧班列开通促进了双循环新发展格局的构建,且呈现出区域、资源禀赋及以距离港口城市800KM为界的异质性;城市创新创业活力提升和生产—流通—消费环节畅通是中欧班列开通影响双循环新发展格局构建的重要渠道;中欧班列开通与外循环发展可形成良性互动机制来促进内循环发展,但中欧班列开通与内循环发展互动对外循环发展的效果仍未显现。Employing the opening of the China-Europe Railway Express(the CR Express)in international transportation corridors as a quasi-natural experiment,the study investigated the impact of international transportation corridors on the new development pattern of double circulation based on the panel data of 284 cities in China from 2009 to 2021.The study found that:the opening of the CR Express has facilitated the construction of the new development pattern of double circulation,which presented heterogeneity in terms of region,resource endowment and a distinct boundary around cities located 800 kilometers from coastal ports.The influencing channels included urban vibrancy of entrepreneurship and innovation,as well as the smooth functioning of production-distributionconsumption links.A positive feedback mechanism between the initiation of the CR Express and the development of the external circulation was conductive to the advancement of the internal circulation.However,the study didn’t detect an evident effect of the CR Express opening and the internal circulation on the external circulation development.
