摘　　要：党的十一届三中全会后,邓小平围绕新时期党的建设重大时代问题展开深入思考,作出创造性回答,形成了邓小平党建思想。邓小平党建思想以坚持和加强党的领导为新时期党的建设根本原则,以建设马克思主义执政党为新时期党的建设鲜明导向,以党要管党、从严治党为新时期党的建设根本方针,以贯彻执行党的基本路线为重点加强和改进党的各方面建设,丰富和发展了马克思主义建党理论,为开启党的建设新的伟大工程指明方向,对深入推进新时代党的建设和党的自我革命具有重要启示意义。After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Commitee of the CPC,Deng Xiao-ping brought into being Deng Xiao-ping's thought on party construction through in-depth thinking around related major issues for the new era and offering creative answers.Deng Xiao-ping's thought on party construction adheres to strengthening the CPC's leadership as thefundamental principleof party construction in the new period,building a Marxist ruling party as thedistinctive orientation of party construction in the new period,applying strict partygovernance as thefundamental policy of party construction in the new period,and enhancing and improving party construction in all aspects by focusing on the implementation of the Party's basic line.The thought is an important source of inspiration and reference for the in-depth promotion of party construction and the Party's self-revolution in the new era,as it enriches and develops the Marxist theory of party construction and points out the direction for launching the great new project of party construction.
