摘　　要：羌活Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix为伞形科羌活属植物,化学成分复杂,药理活性多样,临床应用广泛。在治疗类风湿性关节炎中具有重要作用。现代药理研究表明这与其香豆素类、聚烯炔类、黄酮类及酚酸类化合物具有抗炎镇痛、抑制滑膜增生、抗骨破坏和抗氧化等良好的药理活性密切相关。通过对羌活中可能抗类风湿性关节炎活性成分并对其作用机制进行综述,为其药效物质基础及开发利用提供理论依据。Qianghuo(Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix)is a plant of the genus Notopterygium in the Umbelliferae family,with complex chemical composition,diverse pharmacological activities and wide clinical applications.It has played an important role in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it is closely related to the good pharmacological activities of coumarins,polyenynes,flavonoids and phenolic acids,such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic,inhibition of synovial hyperplasia,anti-bone destruction and anti-oxidation.The possible active components and mechanism of Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis were reviewed to provide a theoretical basis for its pharmacodynamic material basis and development and utilization.
