摘　　要：心血管疾病是全球重大公共卫生问题。苓桂术甘汤(Linggui Zhugan Decoction,LGZGD)作为传统中药方剂,在治疗心血管疾病方面疗效显著。通过对LGZGD在治疗心血管疾病的药理活性成分和作用机制进行深入探讨和总结,从中西医结合的视角,分析了LGZGD联合现代医药和手术治疗心血管疾病的协同效应,并对LGZGD的未来推广与应用提出了较为前瞻性的展望,为LGZGD治疗心血管疾病及相关疾病提供新的思路和方法。Cardiovascular disease is a major public health problem worldwide.Linggui Zhugan Decoction(苓桂术甘汤,LGZGD),a traditional Chinese medicine formula,has shown significant efficacy in treating cardiovascular diseases.This paper delves into the pharmacological active components and mechanisms of action of LGZGD in treatment of cardiovascular diseases.From the perspective of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,the paper analyzes the synergistic effects of LGZGD combined with modern medicine and surgical treatment for cardiovascular diseases.Additionally,the paper offers a rather forward-looking outlook on the future promotion and application of LGZGD,providing new ideas and methods for LGZGD to treat cardiovascular diseases and related illnesses.
