摘　　要：大型邮轮体量巨大、建造涉及物料种类繁多。本文结合国外邮轮物流管理模式和国内大型邮轮建造企业的实际情况,提出了适用于我国造船企业的多层级物流管理模式,具体层级包括:境外层级、通关层级、厂外层级、厂内层级和上船层级五个层级。Large cruise ships have a huge volume and involve a wide variety of materials for construction.This article proposes a multi-level logistics management model suitable for Chinese shipbuilding enterprises based on the actual situation of foreign cruiselogistics management models and domestic large cruise construction enterprises.The specific levels include:overseas level,customs clearance level,factory outer level,factory inner level,and ship boarding level.
