遮光对草决明幼苗生长及生理指标的影响

摘  要:通过设置T_(0)(全光照)、T_(1)(50%~75%透光率)、T_(2)(20%~25%透光率)3种不同的光环境,研究了遮光对草决明幼苗生长形态及生理指标的影响.结果表明:(1)遮光条件下,草决明幼苗的株高、地径均显著增加,分枝数和荚果数目增多,但是荚果规格大小与对照相比无显著差异;低光环境下草决明幼苗的主根长度、根幅都有所增大,但与对照相比差异不显著,侧根长度、粗度及数量变化不显著.(2)遮光条件下,草决明叶片内可溶性蛋白质含量增加,T_(1)和T_(2)处理分别是对照的2.39、2.47倍,且与对照相比均存在显著差异(P<0.05);可溶性糖含量也呈现类似的变化.(3)随着光度强度的减弱,草决明叶片内叶绿素含量上升,适度遮光促进了草决明幼苗体内叶绿素的合成,有利于更好地捕捉光强;同等条件下叶片内MDA下降,并显著低于对照(P<0.05).结论:低光不会对草决明的正常发育带来较大的影响,50%的轻度遮光可以为草决明幼苗的生长提供更优越的条件,生产上开展套种是可行的.Effects of shading on the growth and physiological indexes of Cassia tora seedlings were researched,four shading treatments including full sunlight(T_(0)),50%-75%sunlight(T_(1)),20%-25%sunlight(T_(2))were set.The results showed that:(1)Under shading,Height,base diameter increased significantly,number of branches and pods manifolded,however,there was no significant difference about the pod shape size and the control.Under low-light environment the main root length and root amplitude of seedlings increased,but the difference and control treatments was not significant,and the length,thickness and quantity of lateral roots did not change significantly.(2)The soluble protein content in leaves increased under shading,index value under T_(1),and T_(2),were 2.39 and 2.47 fold higher than the control treatments,respectively,and were significantly lower than the control(P<0.05).Soluble sugar content showed similar changes.(3)With weakening of light,the chlorophyll content in leaves increased,so moderate shading could promote the synthesis of chlorophyll in seedlings leaves,which was conducive to better capture the light.MDA in leaves decreased and was significantly lower than the control(P<0.05).It is concluded that the moderate low light did not adversely affect development of Cassia tora seedlings,and 50%sunlight can provide superior conditions for the growth of C.tora seedlings,so interplanting is feasible in practice.
