摘　　要：新中国成立后,针对民族地区人民群众买卖困难的问题,党和政府开展了民族贸易工作,即通过低于市场的价格供应民族地区急需的生活物资,同时又以高于市场的价格收购农副土特产品。1950-1965年,云南的民族贸易工作主要经历了以下三个阶段:1950—1952年为探索阶段,民族贸易工作进行了从无到有的探索;1953-1957年为形成阶段,民族贸易工作蓬勃发展,国营民族贸易体系形成;1958一1965年为动荡与恢复阶段,民族贸易工作在历经短暂挫折后很快得到恢复与提高。民族贸易工作有效改善了民族地区生活条件,促进了商品流通和社会经济发展,通过“看得见”的利益有效增强了少数民族同胞对新生人民政权的认同,是一项事关国家长治久安的民心工程。After the establishment of the People's Republic of China,in response to the difficulties faced by the people in ethnic areas in buying and selling,the Party and government carried out ethnic trade work,which supplied urgently needed daily necessities in ethnic areas at prices lower than the market,while also purchasing agricultural and sideline local specialty products at prices higher than the market.From 1950 to 1965,the ethnic trade work in Yunnan mainly went through the following three stages:from 1950 to 1952 was the exploration stage,and ethnic trade work underwent exploration from scratch;from 1953 to 1957 was the formative stage,during which ethnic trade work flourished and a state-owned ethnic trade system was formed;from 1958 to 1965,it was a period of turbulence and recovery,and ethnic trade work quickly recovered and improved after experiencing brief setbacks.The work of ethnic trade effectively improved the living conditions in ethnic areas,promoted the circulation of goods and socio-economic development,and enhanced the identification of ethnic minority compatriots with the new people's political power through visible benefits.It was a people-centered project related to the long-term stability of the country.
