摘　　要：阐述基于智能电网发展趋势的城市电网规划改造模式,探讨智能化城市电网的构建,包括充分利用新能源、积极推进城市配电自动化发展、开展数字化信息建设,从而提升电网质量。This paper describes the urban power grid planning and transformation model based on the development trend of smart grids, explores the construction of intelligent urban power grids, including fully utilizing new energy, actively promoting the development of urban distribution automation, and carrying out digital information construction to improve the quality of the power grid.
