摘 要:某白钨矿山企业为解决采用加温浮选生产工艺存在的环保压力大、生产成本高等问题,进行了白钨常温浮选小型试验和工业试验。小型试验在原矿WO3品位0.38%的条件下,获得了精矿WO3品位46.57%、回收率88.78%的浮选指标。工业试验在原矿WO3品位0.265%的条件下,获得了精矿WO3品位44.32%、回收率86.88%的生产指标。对常温浮选在成本方面的优势及工业试验存在的问题和应对措施进行了分析。In order to solve the problems of high environmental pressure and high production cost existing in the process of heated flotation,a scheelite mining enterprise has carried out small-scale and industrial tests of scheelite flotation at room temperature.Un‐der the condition of 0.38%raw ore WO3 grade,a flotation index of 46.57%concentrate WO3 grade and 88.78%recovery rate was obtained in a small-scale experiment.Under the condition of raw ore WO3 grade of 0.265%,industrial experiments obtained pro‐duction indicators of concentrate WO3 grade of 44.32%and recovery rate of 86.88%.This article also analyzes the cost advantages of room temperature flotation and the problems and countermeasures in industrial experiments.
