摘 要:本研究旨在改进球磨机衬板加工工艺,并深入分析其对设备性能的影响。通过对目前常见的衬板加工工艺进行综合分析,提出了一种改进的衬板加工工艺。在对球磨机性能的关键指标进行深入研究的基础上,通过实验与数据分析,探讨了改进工艺对设备性能的具体影响。实验中设计了合理的实验方案并设置了相关参数,通过数据采集与分析,系统评估了改进工艺的效果。研究结果表明,改进的衬板加工工艺显著提高了球磨机的性能。本研究为球磨机衬板加工工艺的优化提供了实质性的参考。This study aims to improve the processing process of ball mill liner and deeply analyze its influence on equipment perfor‐mance.Through the comprehensive analysis of the current common liner processing process,an improved liner processing process is proposed.Based on the key indexes of the performance of the ball mill,the improvement process on equipment performance is discussed through experiment and data analysis.In the experiment,a reasonable experimental scheme was designed and relevant pa‐rameters were set,and the effect of the improved process was systematically evaluated through data acquisition and analysis.The re‐sults show that the improved lining plate processing process significantly improves the performance of the ball mill.This study pro‐vides substantial reference for the optimization of ball mill lining process and improves the performance of equipment.
