摘  要:排水管结构设计是尾矿库排水系统设计中关键环节之一,其安全性与库容紧密相关。随着用地成本的提升,很多尾矿库面临增容的需求,对排水管结构进行精细化计算、发掘其承载能力的潜力,是解决增容问题最有效手段。依托于内蒙古赤峰某铜矿尾矿库增容项目,根据实际结构检测所得数据,以有限元法为基本手段,先后采用了四种分析方法,求解排水管横断面的控制内力组合。分析各个方法的有利和不利因素、对比各方法的计算结果,得出了适合项目特点、准确、高效计算方法,验证了尾矿库增容的可行性。The design of drainage pipe structure is one of the most critical links in the design of tailings reservoir drainage system,and its safety is closely related to storage capacity.With the increase of land cost and the improvement of environmental protection requirements,many tailings ponds are faced with the demand for capacity increase.It is the most effective way to solve the problem of capacity increase to carry out fine calculation of drainage pipe structure and explore the potential of its carrying capacity.Based on the project of increasing the capacity of a copper mine tailings reservoir in Chifeng,Inner Mongolia,this paper adopts four kinds of analysis methods to solve the control internal force combination of the cross section of the drainage pipe according to the actual structure testing data and the basic idea of finite elements.The advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed,the calcu‐lation results of each method are compared,and the accurate and efficient calculation methods suitable for the characteristics of the project are obtained,and the feasibility of its capacity increase is verified.
